This is something we see, even on our older regulators and other companies regulators.
When you screw your air system into your marker, most of the time, we see players freely spinning their air system until it bottoms out in the ASA. We have even see some people torque the bottle down into the asa to make sure its snug.
Both of these methods for screwing your air system into your marker are NOT recommended by Ninja....even though the majority of the players still do it.
Because if you freely spin the bottle until it bottoms out, the top of the regulator is basically fusing onto the metal thats in the pocket in your asa. When you go to remove the air system, you will need a little torque to be able to break it loose.
Ninja always recommends screwing your air system in by hand and once the regulator gets close to being seated all the way into the ASA, slowly turn the bottle until the regulator stops. DONT FORCE IT into the ASA.
If you do it this way, you should never have a problem like what you're describing.
