APPA Badge Broken?
Hey cool admin dudes, I've been noticing some strange things with my APPA badge. I don't normally display it but I am ranked D4 through the system. A few days ago my badge reset to beginner and was somehow checked on to display. I switched it off and then today it reappeared as D5? I don't know how the ranking system works but I figured it might be a glitch.

If your APPA classification changes, you'd lose your old badge and be given a new badge, which would explain why it would show up because you're not displaying the maximum amount of badges.

I think there were some issues on the APPA side with people being reclassified who shouldn't have been. You aren't the only one who complained. I think it is sorted out now.

i'm having a similar problem i've linked my appa account to my pbn account but i can't get the appa badge.

You get a badge based on your classification. You have no event history, thus no classification, thus no badge.

That means you have to play an event to get the badge. You haven't played so you can't get the badge until you do.
