I know from past experience that dyes support sucks, and they dont like to give anything but have no problem taking a buck or two from the consumer.

I havnt bothered to deal with their service since my old matrix. To me though Id consider that a manufacturer defect as it split right where the seam is. They know the rubber they use is garbage.

Thats the point the distributor here in (PR) that s the person that call Dye for the warranty ( i paid him for it ) and the dye rep told him that the grip rubber was broke by the used of the marker, that have lake 5 cases now , and this is not the first time that i have problems with Dye warranty 1 of the first NT wave here in PR was mine and lake everyone nows the back grip rubber broke and they gave me the same treat , they know that the rubber is for NT and adding the 45 make the space ant that point bigger and it sites above the bottom reg sleeve and thats going to breach ask any engineer , the 45 push it down , they have to make it smaller in that part . but warranty is the issue here !!!!!!!

Warranty always seems to be the issue. they are never at fault (in their own minds) nor is the taiwan factory that makes all of it.

man that sucks that happened. I really don't see why they would not warranty it. They have warrantied everything I have sent them without any problems.

Seems like you could use some help as well. Buy a grammar book, if you want to correctly correct people.

Hi, I am the rep for Puerto Rico for dye. I have never talked to anyone about a reg sleeve. Please pm me your information so we can work on getting this problem resolved. Please also include the store you were talking to.

Thanks for the support,

Sounds like room for improvement. I like the placement of the macro, but don't want the grip splitting. Is there a Billy Wing grip?
