so whose even gonna be there?
with no empire, no dye and apparently today it was confirmed no eclipse what vendors are gonna b there exactly? i think its hilarious how hb is great one year, then they people in charge of nppl make drastic changes and then it sucks 2008(good) 2009(sucked)2010(decent) 2011(good) 2012 (probably gonna suck) why does it seem when progress is made things just fall apart?
anyone else feel this way?

2009-they just came out of brankrupty
2010-still rebuilding
2011-getting back to normal
2011 off season- paint companys tell the PSP and NPPL they need to merge. PSP and the NPPL don't see eye to eye on ceratin things. So both leagues call the paint companys bluff, what ends up not being a bluff at all. PSP teams often shoot more paint so GI and RPS choose the PSP. Geno see that NPPL will still need paint so corse so he stays.

I think all companies who aren't attending will have techs on hand for sponsored teams and whatnot. Will be weird to have a wide open vendor area

I heard that empire would have a booth. And it isn't the NPPL's doing, the companies are choosing to not attend. Frankly, it's stupid for multiple reasons. And for any one of those major companies to say they aren't taking sides is a blatant liar. And Geno of Valken didn't decide to stay, he wanted to supply paint for PSP as well, but the PSP did not allow Valken to sell paint at PSP. It isn't NPPL's fault for the way this is turning out, NPPL is open to anyone and everyone to attend their events, it simply is the companies choosing PSP over NPPL because they feel that is the "better" league.

so according to this post the only vendors at HB are gonna be Valken, Kingman, and the little itty bitty tents that nobody really pays attention to?
give or take a few major vendors of course.

Weather can't be controlled. And what makes an event better, the weather or the level of play? Sure the weather at Galveston has been crap but the games have been great. We won't know what the best event was until the HB event concludes.

Bruce Almighty can control the weather, I've watched it numerous times.
Indians are good at controlling weather with rain dances!
Godzilla made it rain on japan.

Galveston is still going strong. Pros aren't playing, but otherwise, divisional teams are. The fact that Lane and his crew were even able to play at all yesterday was a minor miracle, much less put up a hell of a webcast.
Huntington beach will be as it usually is. Food, girls, booze, and paintball. Who actually goes to events for the vendors anyways?
