If you state never been used in a game. Showcase item. What should I expect? More importantly what should your buyer expect? If I was buying I'd expect a brand new item. Not one that's been used, scratched up, etc
As long as you're detailed in your descriptions you won't have a problem. If it looks like a duck, acts like a duck, it's probably a duck.
Thanks for having an adult conversation and glad you'll be more careful.
Ok, regarding those items, its still not quite clear what I should do. You know jsut becasue an item has been used, it doesn't mean that it's "scratched up, etc"...the internals have worked but the items have never been used in a game. I mean... it is what it is. Its not new or tested... they are "mint" condition items.
The bolts have been cycled houndreds if not thousands of times.... but they dont have scratches or aesthetic wear.... afterall its a spoolie that fired the bolts. I have plenty of spoolies that are showcase markers and do not leave the house, however, they see plenty of shooting ... i mean thousands of both, dry fires and paintballs -- no actual field-play, however.
I jsut need to ask, if its ok, if I:
1. Obviously take-down the grips and the SCM which is NEW along with the feedneck. All of these were my mistake and got carried over from a copy-n-paste I carelessly did; one which willn ot happen again.
2. On the "never saw a game" items just take out that note. Just list them as "used" and not write anything about "never seeing a game or being parts of showcase markers".
Just trying to run it by you so that I understand 100% what constitutes a "tested" or "new" item, becasue I stand with what i said, these items are used... they are mint, however. Just becasue an item is used doesn't mean it has to be "Scratched up, etc" nor is that what a buyer should expect.
Thanks for finding the time to address my concern and field my question.
I know you have enough to do as-it-is.
