Is the reg zero'd out by any chance, or possibly the reg shims aren't in correctly

So there is pressure to the gun but not reading on the guage? Maybe a bad gauge or the reg is completely shut off?

if its turn all the way in its off. disconnect the reg from the frame and connect your tank. if air comes out you problem is the gauge most likely.

Make sure you have a fresh battery in there (preferably Duracell or Energizer).
Then check to make sure the microswitch and solenoid are clicking when you pull the trigger back with the eyes off.
If that's not the issue, your reg may have been turned all the way to allow no air pressure through.
