I think the point was that this guy had already paid - so there was serious interest and he had paid so he was willing to, but still - yes - I obviously can't just send guns and hope people pay.

As a potential customer and getting back into the world of paintball after 7 years, I would say Jacks CS is top notch and went above and beyond what most companies would do. I've been researching markers for the past couple months solid since a lot has changed and I think I've finally decided on an Alien. Now I just gotta decide on which one.

Its going to be a hard choice lol.
I see you are in SA. You should swing by Tactical sometime for one of the scenarios; the May game is looking to be a big one.

Well I never got the rest of my cash, so I never got my Alien. (Guess I'll have to wait), but I'm dissappointed to see this thread attacked by trolls.
Hell I spent an hour browsing this forum and found nothing but astounding CS from Jack Rice and solid reviews on the markers he makes.
But hey, haters gonna hate.

I think he meant "new company" for the player not "new company" to the industry.

Yea, that has been quite a wait - we made 75 in 2004 and they had an alignment problem so they broke paint - haven't done much with them since and they are not in line for "the next" thing we do.
In 2004 they were small - and compact, but other guns are compact now too - so the advantages of that kind of design is less compelling. The main thing we got from that design is that it does matter how the air strikes the ball and we took that information and incorporated it into the other guns we have made.
