Dp G4

I was looking at the DP G4 and am thinking about gettin one. Are these pretty good markers for the rec baller an the occasional tournament player? Like the looks of them and the price tag isn't too awful bad, plan on feeding it with an invert and a 62/3000. Plan on getting a 68/4500 soon as the money allows me.

Sure. Pretty simple design. Overall easy to maintain. Get a muted color and go to town.

G4 is my first electric. Been playing consistently for 2 months and I love the gun. Durable, Simple design and can keep up with the best of em.

My only suggestion is that you learn how to maintain the gun, which is not that hard to begin with. A simple cleaning and lubing will keep your gun happy and you won't be disappointed

I would suggest picking up a used and "up'd" G3 or G3 Spec-R. For the cost of a new G4 you should be able to get one with a TechT Bolt Engine ++. That's my suggestion.

To me it is an amazing gun. I went a whole day of playing speedball and it worked great! Didn't chop any balls at all and was pretty accurate. It's also very light and the trigger feels good to.

I just recently purchased a G4 (also my first electric) and I had some problems out of the box, but I fixed 'em pretty quickly. Otherwise I would highly recommend it, because it is soo light, fast, and fun gun to use. I took it out last weekend and it was definetly a step up from my A5. It really uped my game quite a bit. Just learn how to maintenance it, and you should be highly satisfied.
