Awesome!!! With as many people as y'all have show up, the extra space must be great!
I'm on call at work this weekend otherwise I would. Thanks for the invite though.

Most fields allow field paint to be brought back. Changing colors every week doesn't work for 2 or 3 different reasons. So there's no way to keep previously bought paint off the field after its been brought home, unless you check everyone's bags before they enter the facility.
With all that being said, field paint can be frozen and brought back. So frozen paintballs aren't a legitimate reason for field paint only.
Edit: After being a ref for years, I recall someone trying to shoot frozen paint once. But only once.
To me having field paint keeps the money being spent on paint at the field where you are shooting it, instead of walmart and academy sports.

I wonder what the light bill is at playmakers.

The electric bill being high or low will depend on a lot of different factors; from how you decide to light the place (what type of bulbs you and how much light, ect), to the temp you keep the building, to the insulation used in the construction of the building... There are a ton of factors to consider when you are trying to minimize the electric bill at a business like this one.

I'm all for an indoor field. Live in Morgan City and there is no where around to play speedball anymore. I get messages every month from the crew I used to play with (about 20 people) asking if we are gonna get a game going. We would definitely make the drive at least once a month to play and more often than that if it didn't cost a fortune in field fees and paint.

Would you prefer a fee every time you come to play, or would anyone like the idea of having a monthly paid membership?

I'm thinking maybe $20/month but not a definite atm. Pricing 4is something I'll definitely have to do a lot of work on to make money, but yet be reasonably priced.

I was think $7 a day that way if you come 4 times a months, the membership is well with it saving you $8 per month.

I'd come an play everyday as long as you didn't charge field paint, unless it was reasonable
And if you did some kind of membership thing that would be amazing
Baton rouge area is really good and paintball is still alive and kicking, just more of an underground thing now...lol
