The only problem I might see is the the beads other wise I don't think it has banned colors on it. Banned color is yellow and if the picture reflects the color of the snake right that looks green. Check with CreightonBaller here on PbN.
its hard to say for certain without seeing it in person, but based on the image provided the jersey should be fine.
the way we deal with jerseys that have a banned color in them is the same as the psp, as long as it is 10% or less it is fine. Also I doubt your yellow is going to be the same brightness of the fill on the ball.
