[Resolved] Still Waiting on trade from DBSK_PB_Team

I posted my (cousin's) phone, a HTC Droid Incredible Verizon 3g phone for sale or trade in the B/S/T forum.

Original Thread with Phone

After no solid bites, I got a PM from DBSK_PB_Team. He asked me the normal questions, does it charge, is it 4g, is the ESN clean.

I let him know that the phone was in great shape, basically brand new. The charger (micro usb cable) was broken, but resoldered and functioned properly. To prove this, I took pictures while it was in my posession.




After looking through the whole photo album, he offered a LNIB V3 Dye Rotor.

I shipped the very next day that we had agreed to trade the phone for the Rotor. It was then that the issues began.






Because I am the type of person that I am and I take pride in dealing with other people, I agreed to "Gift" him $45 through PayPal to make up the difference in value that he thought he was missing, though this was not part of the original agreement. As soon as we agreed to $45, minutes later, the money was transferred. Again, sticking to my side of the agreement to a 'T'.

Continuing:



The correct charger WAS sent with the phone, again, the cable WAS severed and soldered back together and worked. I tested it before sending. And once again, being the person that I am, decided to rectify the situation (or so I thought).

This was after he realized he was "wrong":

I showed him a couple of chargers on eBay and offered to reimburse him the purchase price of one. This was his response:

This was after I asked him if he shipped again:


Once again, also, wouldn't one expect a LNIB rotor to include a lid????


This was the day that the BRAND NEW charger arrived in his posession, also a Thursday. Three potential days to ship. The post office located in Bolingbrook is open Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. and Saturday until 3:00 P.M.

I don't know how long it takes to "test the charger" but I believe I would know right away whether or not it works.


My last four messages minus the one telling him that I assume that he didn't ship today because I have yet to receive a message. Still no response.





One of the reasons why I decided to make this all public is because I have been reading more and more about this kid. People need to know. I hope that this grabs his attention because Tuesday, at the very latest, higher authorities will be involved if it does not.

i recieved your charger you promised me thursday/friday and told you id ship monday, how have i done anything wrong?

its not even monday yet... let alone it took you quite some time to give me your full part of deal and you expect me to ship on a saturday morning when i cant make it or a sunday when its not even possible usps.

And the other times i said i were to ship was before you sent me a Broken charger , and you had to buy one to send me to me, which took a week . so what are you complaining about.

USPS is open until approximately noon on Saturdays. From the screen shots you also keep going back and forth from shipping and waiting to ship.

So what I gather from this is that you WILL be shipping tomorrow and I should expect to have the rotor in my possession Wednesday/Thursday/Friday?

Besides manipulating the "deal", which originally was the rotor for the phone WITHOUT any money and WITHOUT a new charger and not shipping the rotor one of the multiple times you have said, maybe you have done nothing wrong. But until I receive the rotor, you are 100% in the wrong and have been from the time you changed the original offer.

I'd have told him to ship my product back after re-negotiating the after the fact details. Buyers remorse sucks but that was definitely not cool.

This behavior is unacceptable, this is not the first time I have seen his name in the theft section. He deserves negative feedback as far as I am concerned. He is the reason people are concerned about making deals on pbn, he makes every other legit seller on pbn look bad. Frankly im sick of members like him pulling this kind of stuff on others.

There are a number of things you have done wrong.

1) you try to back out of the deal AFTER you already had the phone in your possession
2) you force him to add more money which was not part of the original agreement.
3) you force him to buy a new charger even though he has proof that the soldered one works.
