Jennifer Hale has done so much in her career. She's been Jean Grey/Phoenix since the 90's.
Honestly, I'm of the opposite opinion. FemSheps voice just doesn't seem right to me. I think its just because i'm used to the male Sheps voice. I will admit that occasionally his delivery isn't the greatest, but I think thats the fault of the dialog style rather than the actor. Mass Effect dialog is very stilted "This person says this" then "That person says that" without a lot of overlap and can make even the best delivered lines occasionally feel a little awkward. That being said, I don't think either actor is bad, it just depends on what you prefer or are used to. I was half way though a femShep playthrough in ME2 before my hard drive got nuked. Look forward to playing through as a femShep again, some day in the future.
