new to the area, how is the atmosphere at ICU is it a good place to play on the regular?

It's is a clean and safe field. The staff is disciplined at the same time helpful to all players. I would say it has a good atmosphere.

The owners are staff are extremely friendly. Same goes for the players. One of the best things about ICU (other than being indoor during the winter) is the diversity and friendliness of it's players. If you want to play more a rec style there are always plenty of groups that will let you join them. There is also a good amount of regular tournament players that will let you join in anytime if that's your cup of tea.

good to hear been a few years since i played sold my gear so going to be needing some more lol, used to play tourny style very often. Prolly back down to rec now. I'll be up there in the next weeks time to blow a paycheck ha

There are plenty of guys at the field looking to sell gear too. Maybe you can save some of that paycheck if you buy used.

Some of the Riot guys might be coming down on Sunday. Anybody going to be there looking for some scrimmage games?

Also, are the prices on the website accurate? Any break for team play?

Thanks to the Detox guys and some of the other tourney style players for giving us some good games yesterday. It was nice to dust off the gear in preparation to really kick off the season.

Also, thanks to the staff! They were all nice and kept the games moving.

I went yesterday for my first time, I played with riot and got gear off one of your guys, was an awesome day and played some awesome ball, just time to get rid of the jeans ha. Serious nice people great staff very friendly.

I've played here a handful of times. It's nice to have a place to play in the winter months. I will admit that it's not the best place in the world to play, but with ActionJacks closing its doors, the field selection in the area is limited, and ICU is a decent option. The staff there have always been very helpful and friendly to me. Kind of off topic, but I used to go roller skating there as a kid.
