Are you still LGing anyway, pump? I still stick to large meals PWO but have been much more lax about when I eat pre because my BF% has gone down regardless of what I eat lately. I attribute this to insulin sensitivity that LG provides after following it for a year more or less.

i believe i wont ever stop doing intermittent fasting now, its not a "special diet" anymore like i thought it was the first month, its a lifestyle i plan to continue till i die

now i may take breaks every now and then from fasting but it would prob be like a couple days, max a week

also last time i cut on lg i didnt eat a pre meal i lifted completely fasted and saw some decent results. I am very excited to cut in a month or two now that i have gotten much better at this

Bit longer than 1 year as it take a while to get it down and not **** up all the time, but I've been successful with it for that long. Training fasted is sweet for cutting, you see results in days, not weeks, and motivation is key when cutting for me. It's definitely been a life changer for me, I think that with IF and a high protein diet, i'll be able to look at least decent for my entire life, and that has huge implications for all of us. The dream of being 'ripped in your 20's' is a thing of the past. High protein and IF diets combined will be able to keep us all looking youthful way into our midlife.

well for this upcoming cut i will not be training completely fasted, gonna go with the one pre meal 1.5 hour before training

cant wait to compare results

im gonna start cutting in march. im going to experiment with a totally fasted workout (instead of what i do now, and break my fast by drinking 100g dextrose intra workout), and if im able to keep up the intensity, ill stick with it. if not, im going to revert to the dextrose-intra

It's been a while since I've been able to do this, and I'm setting up a schedule again. I recall hearing that a protein only feeding (shake) 30 minutes after the workout, and post workout feast an hour after the shake was ideal. Does that still hold true?

I have a question. I've been on this diet for 3 weeks now, but my weight remains the same.
I've been eating 0/-20% on workout/non-workout days
I've been fasting from 20:00 to 12:00
Example workout day:
8:00 waking up
12:00 pre-workout meal:
200g chicken breast
80g basmati rice
14:30 workout
16:00 post-workout meal:
400g chicken breast
200g basmati rice
300g banana
20:00 last meal
250g farmers cheese
200g banana
10g olive oil
around 2400kcal

Non-workout day:
12:00 first meal:
4 eggs(around 240g)
200g chicken
50g oatmeal
10g olive oil
16:00
200g chicken
80g basmati rice
5g olive oil
20:00
250g farmers cheese
200g cottage cheese
10g olive oil
around 1950kcal.
What am I doing wrong? Why is the weight not going down?
