Advice

Hey,
So a while ago, I organized a deal to buy a CSL from Ivas for $1400. I paypaled him $400 straight away with a plan to send him the other $1000 within the week. Unfortunately, college expenses came and I was forced to use the $1000 for that instead. I have since PM'ed him multiple times, but he simply ignores me. I understand that this is largely my fault, but life occasionally catches up and $400 is a lot of money to simply give away. I'm just trying to figure out what I should do. Thanks.

Have you tried calling him to explain? Beg for foregiveness? I understand both view points. That's why I will never take deposits as a seller.

How did you send him the funds?

You should be able to open on a dispute/claim if you used Paypal.

He seems to be ignoring me and I did use Paypal, but I gifted it since it was the first of two payments. Oh well. I guess I'll just suck it up :p.

Never use the gift option when making a purchase. It's just not worth it.
