what branch will accept me?
I'm not sure if I could just pass a physical n get in but I have had a broken tib and fib so I have 2 plates and some pins in my leg. I can run, jump, and everything else on it but I'm not sure if that will dq me or not. any help?

I was prior service with 2 screws in my ankle when I joined the guard. Pins and and plates might be excessive. Also your ROM might play a part if you have ROM issues.

Haha, Yeah. Best thing you could do is talk to a recruiter and maybe they can waive you in. Can't really lie about something like that as soon they find out they are gonna kick you out anyways. So why waste all that time for nothing?

They might be able to get you waivers to join, my friend was missing his right pectoral muscle, had a disease (i forgot the name of it) that made one of his hands smaller than the other, and a lazy eye. if i remember right he had to get 3 or 4 waivers before he could join the military

dont tell them ****. get in. hope you dont rebreak your leg when youre in and find out you have plates in your leg

tell the customs guy you have plates in ur legs, say you got it while in the service, by the time ur coming home from afghan no one near you in the line should rat you out.

You can get a waiver for it, there's a lot of stuff I wouldn't tell them about in medical history, but Yeh there going to see the scars from that so tell them
