How to start an NCPA team?

I'm currently a Junior at Roger Williams University. My school has had a club in the past and I am looking to start it up again and hopefully get it to eventually become a NCPA class AA team. I was wondering if anyone has done this in the past and can provide any help/advice on what needs to be done. I'll take care of getting the schools club running here. I am mostly looking for advice on how to get that team to be a recognized NCPA team. I need all the help I can get, thanks!

you just need 5 players from your school to play class AA. You do not need school recognition at all (although it helps, esp. with the use of school logos and hopefully funding). Once you have 5 guys, create a school team on APPA and register for a AA event near you.

** I believe the next NEIC AA event is in March @ BP Maynard
