2011 Mokal Aura
Ive been looking at this new gun called the 2011 mokal aura. It looks very good. Has and internal macroline. Only weighs 1.6 pounds. It looks like a good gun but there are no reviews online other than what the company posts. Does anyone know if this is a good gun?

from what been posted it seems like a decent gun with it features.
but as the gun is fairly new and has had little to push it into mainstream only time will tell.

knowing Mokal, this will not be a "mainstream" marker. I've been looking at it also, but again been confounded by the lack on 3rd party review. One friend of mine said that he test fired a friend of his' 2011 Aura, and he said that he liked it better than the egos he's shot... so there's that.

i have had one for some time now. it is really light, not bad at all on efficiency and just feels pretty nice in hand. performance is great all around.
I really like the on/off and the on/off power switch. also note it doesnt have any macro in the frame either, it actually has an air channel drilled into it for airflow. so air gose from asa to reg to air channel to solenoid valve manifold to bolt passages.
board programming it very simple too. the only problem i have had was with some chopping issues with cheap field paint but I lowered the feed rate on my invert too loader and it seemed to help greatly.
I got it on a whim to review it and demo it locally to get the word out about Mokal but because the lack of support from aftermarket parts companies i dont think it will make it in the US. Im just a big fan of odd guns the work well and the 2011 Mokal is just that, odd but works. I dont think i would get rid of mine anytime soon. I will try and get a vid up soon showing you all a lil more.

my team is in the process of picking up a deal with mokal. so we will all be shooting them soon the first ones will get to us on the 3rd i think. so i will chime in them and let you know what i think.

i just wish they would get some aftermarket companies would make crap for it then it would be so much more popular. people just dont want something they cant mod or upgrade to personalize it.
virture, ape, and tadao should get a board out for this very capable marker
maybe techt or lurker for bolt upgrades

Hey kid do some homework theres **** loads of reviews on youtube and its done by ****** and ansgear.com has right now for 250 so its pretty cheap the gun itself i have shot it before i would have to say it keeps up with etha and a etek and its alot smoother and less noisy i like it but i would get the valken proton when it comes out that thingg looks sexy and i heard it had the same internals

Very quiet, low kick, light as all get go, and pretty damn accurate right out of the box. Damn good marker for $300. If that's your price range, you can't go wrong. Oh, forgot to mention, easy to maintain too  |
