My dm9 has a small leak coming from the frame when I install my billy wing bolt and eigenring. With the stock bolt there doesn't appear to be a leak. I am not 100% sure if it is from the solenoid or lpr, so ill assume it could be either. Any suggestions? It is a very small leak and does not effect how the marker shoots.

It could either be 015 Bolt Sail O-ring or from one of the Set Screws.

Number one culprit right there

About 90% of the time it is especially with any leaking from the frame.
