Noticed that the Dye Rotor description mentioned some "Black Ops" feature to allow you to turn off the LED on the power button. The manual mentions nothing of it so called up Dye and asked how to do it. Here's how:




1) Open up the loader, take out the batteries and battery tray and open up the motorbox. Remove the black LED jumper.





Now the LED doesn't turn on. Is this going to change the world? No, but it now answers the question "How do you do this Black Ops feature on the Dye Rotor?"

Same here. I had no idea about the Black Ops feature until Dye came in to show us the DM12. They left some product info pamphlets with us and I noticed they were listing features of their products in the gray/silver logos for each feature. The Black Ops caught my eye and I was like WTF?

Yeah the internals are just plain simple...that's what I love about this loader!

Should be all rotors. I have a Rotor from when it came out and mine has that jumper on the board.

My Rotor purchased in Spring '09 has the jumper although I didn't know about it until it was mentioned here.
