My reg on my check it sniper got all out of whack, i know how to adjust it just not sure what to set it at and also need a way to see what it is at. Please comment if you have any idea on what to do.

should be set to 300-400 range with stock wgp internals or check it internals. the only way to readjust without a gauge is to sweet spot it

you could put a pressure tester together from a gauge and an on/off then use that to test your pressure

I have the same marker, sweet spotting with the check it springs sweet spots around 340 FPS. Turn your IVG 1-1/2 to 2 turns from flush, and then increase the reg pressure from zero to it hits your field limit. Fine tune with the IVG. Your reg output pressure will be between 250-300 psi of I remember correctly. I think I called check-it/paintball gateway to see what they set the reg at, they said 325 psi I think.
