The only pro jersey I think I would wear is probably my cousin's when he played for the Ironmen

I never got the chance to wear a pro jersey from some of my favorite players
I did get the chance to get some pro team jersey's that were blank though...

I am pretty sure the last jersey I bought was a Brad Waterman jersey from 2001/2002

I wasn't picking on people I was just testing their skills and mine, and I lost my share of some of those. Besides, one on ones are fun.

Braggin rights

I don't see anything wrong with wearing a pro players jersey to show support.

I would, but not to play in, I wouldn't want to get it shot up.

And so what if they claim to be a member of said team, next time out on the course make sure you shoot them out, then you can brag to everyone that you shot out a player for so-n-so pro team.

Definitely don't see it any different from wearing an MLB/NBA/NFL/NCAA jersey. Personally I wouldn't wear it outside of playing for the simple fact that it's long sleeve and get hot easily.

First thing that comes to mind? "Oh he is a fan of X team."

I think if the pros really didn't like people wearing their jersey they wouldn't sell them. Look at any teams site, they sell their jersey.

My first impression would be that they like that team, or they picked up a pro team jersey on the cheap.
If they are just wearing it and not talking crap, then the above is true, however, if they are running off at the mouth about how good they are and that they are on the "pro" team, once they do that, then the correct response would be "Prove It". Either by proper I.D. or on the field.

Either way, it would be a blast walking off the field after carefully placing your paint all over their "pro" jersey.

You think pro players don't get shot out except by other pro players?

To answer your question no, I've seen rentals shoot out D3 players.

anyone can be shot out at anytime by anyone at any level of experience.

I believe you read my statement wrong, nowhere in my statement did I say anything about a pro player, only the jersey...

I really don't care either way. As long as they don't claim to actually be on that team, it doesn't make a difference to me.
