I just had that problem with a Luxe I was fixing here at the shop. I believe there's an oring inside the noid that needs to be changed, because once I put in a new noid it stopped the leak. Call you DLX to see if they can rebuild your noid.
whats most likely happened is you have a bad oring in your power core
hoever if you change it and that does not leak it i have turned the fps way down cycled the gun while slowly applie more air via the reg and it started working great if the problems still there take apart you noid refer to the welcome to dlx stickie at the top of dlx technologys forum have the reg function just take the 2 screws out the bottom of your noid and the long brass peice inside the pool probably has a bad oring on it they are $20 from punisher PB
You said you used a different reg and that wasn't it...
Did you try replacing the oring on the bolt as per this picture?
don't mean to jack your thread. is there a chart like this to figure out how to rebulid the solenoid? or is it just easier to send it to dlx? im 20 minutes from rohnert park maybe ill just take a drive!
