Warranty work, no reciept?

Just curious... i realize kee has the best customer service out there. I just purchased a mini, and i believe i am the third owner. Therefore a reciept is out of the question.... does that mean any warranty is out of the question as well or will kee still do something for me? I have tried to call but no answer, and am still waiting on a reply via email. The gun has a small leak somewhere, doesnt seem to be effecting the shot, although i dont have chrony so i dont know what its actually chronying at lol...still, a leak is no fun i have literally tried everything possible, replaced battery, poppet face, cleaned noid, checked to make sure check valve is in place, replaced all o rings and i just cant seem to find the culprit. I have no local shop or anyone to tech this gun for me... if anyone could help me out it would be great!!!

They still might help you out, but I wouldn't advertise that you are not the original owner.

Do you have access to any other Minis? I'd try changing the parts, starting with the bolt guide then the noid.

Hey I contacted them and they said they would take care of everything id just have to pay for shipping because I don't have a receipt . Pretty damn good customer service if you ask me ! I'm going to try replacing a few things before sending off tho

I've never had an issue with Empire servicing their markers. Not always the fastest turnaround times.. but they back what they sell..

Same here. I've had to send a couple markers to Empire/Kee and they have excellent service. Even had the tech's call me before sending the markers back to let me know what they had to do to fix them.

Jay serviced my mini which I believed had poppit issues.. Turns out after he looked at my gun he replaced the poppit, as well as all of my gun's internal o-rings! Great dude! I was extremely impressed with the service. Helps that shipping costs weren't too pricey either
