98c RT question

How hard is it to take a RT off one tippmann 98c and put it on another, and does it mess up the other gun?

remove it from 98c #1, and then install it in 98c#2.

the only part i am not sure of is:

the piece you pop out for the banjo fitting, does that need to be capped off?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing...As far as I know, you just disassemble the halves of the marker, pull the RT out of the first one and hook it up onto the other one. I think the banjo doesn't matter because the RT runs off of blowback gas and should only be a problem when the hammer lines up with the hole. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you need a cap for the banjo bolt.

If you start with a 98 custom with a response trigger, and a 98 with out a response trigger, you'll be just fine. Otherwise you'll need the stock plug for the side port(where the banjo fitting goes). like pbcustom98 said, remove the RT from the one gun, and swap it over to the other.

You'll want the stock plug for that hole on the side of the marker especially if you're using CO2.
