Hard finding a team?
From what I've noticed, it's pretty hard to find a team, and even harder to stay on one or keep one. I'm 20, have a job, and have a ride. The only thing I don't have is experience, but to be honest, how I can I get any experience if no one is opt for a chance?
That being said, I'd love to make my own team, but my group of friends are busy in med school, my group of friends at home don't want to put the large amount of money into paintball, and people I meet are either cocky, or simply don't want to tourneyball.
Anyone have any tips on simply getting into a team for tourney play in NE?
I just want to be able to play, drill, and get better.

your best bet is the frequent a local field and start becoming friends with the people who are already players. networking is the biggest thing in paintball for advancing in the sport aspect of it. go to your local field and try to get in on rotations or practices or whatever it may be. theres always people looking to start a throw together team

its all about who you know and getting your reps in. you have to look at it like a ladder, start at the bottom rung and every year move up until youre where you want to be.

Good advice up here. A lot of teams are looking for players, esp for FoXball. I know there at least 5-6 threads in the last 2 months for new or existing teams. What field are you closest to?

If you don't have the experience see if you can practice with some of the teams (scrimmaging, drills, etc). You'll get real good real fast.
