follow IF, everything that i eat, daily, is pwo.

typically, it's immediately pwo, with a shake consisting of a scoop of whey and 60g dextrose which i drink walking back up campus to my office, and then after the 10min journey, a large pasta meal (240g cho from ww pasta alone) with a cup of sauce (20g cho, sugars) and some form of meat, be it grilled chicken or GB, in varying quantities.

today, the pwo meal came slightly later. i was out of the gym by 11 and eating by 12. all of the pizza was consumed at that time.
