Best way to clean a Gear Bag?
Hey guys, I've had the same gear bag for over a year now. Its a Planet Eclipse gear bag. As you probably already know, these get dirty.
So I was wondering, what is the best way to clean these bags?
or How do you guys clean your gear bag?
Thanks for the help!

Just spray it with a water hose. Maybe a soapy sponge as well.

bc you paintball duh,of course its going to get dirty,if worrying about your gearbag being dirty after coming home from practice or a tourney then you have something else to worry about.if you want a clean gearbag, theres always big plastic bags, use a new one everytime you go out

The reason I didnt really care if it was dirty before was because it will get dirty again the following week regardless. However, after more then a year of not cleaning it or caring if its clean or not. I think its time to clean it. It smells and it leaves small amounts of dirt and dust when I move it around my room.
Everyone has their own reasons for doing things. Maybe you play on astro turf, I play on grass, dirt, and sand. When it rains, its all mud, and the mud always comes home on me and in my gear bag.

I would vacuum it first then scrub it down with a soft-soaped sponge and finally, spray it down and let dry. Most of the dirty that would get inside it would be, in my exp., from throwing your cleats in there. I usually carry mine separate in a grocery plastic bag that you can find anywhere.

Because you play a sport doesn't justify why you would want your gear to be dirty. I go to the gym, bring a gym bag for shoes socks and things. But after some time it takes on a unpleasant odor. Washing it takes care of it. Unless you have that mentality that your gear looking dirty gives you street, or field, cred.....

Wash with wet towel (an old one, perhaps). Can also vacuum both outside and inside.

What I like to do is first pick all the pieces of shell, debris that may have come from the field, all non liquid stuff out first. Then go ahead and hand scrub. It's surprisingly gratifying doing this task, not sure how or why but it just is.
