Im free, got to pay a fine. my lawyer said i could have fought it more and had one more date but it was only 50/50 chance that i would be able to get the ACOD (like probation but they don't check up on you and after 6months the charge and everything goes away) so i was just like **** it i don't want to come back again ill just take the fine which is $100 but stupid ****ing new york taxes are making me pay another $120 for tax -__- so i have to pay $220. it's ridiculous that the tax is more then my ****ing fine... but yeah i didn't know it would be 220 thought it would only be 100 so if i knew that i would have said yes to fighting it more and going back again in a month. even though if i did fight it i may have lost and would still have to pay the 220 and make my mom take another day off of work so i guess in the long run it works out cause she really can't take off anymore time and doesn't get paid for the days off cause she used her sick time up when she went in the hospital for a week

I was supposed to go to a pre-court hearing at the Police Station. I skipped it and went to pay my ticket that was supposed to be reduced to 80 dollars instead of fighting it. They were like, "nahh its still 160." I bounced and was scared they had a warrant for after that lol.

its okay, and i have a few months to pay it's so w.e. the only thing is i had to plead guilty to a disorderly conduct. thats where they win, if i would have gotten the ACOD i would be not guilty like i was in the first place. i had to change my plea.

I hope my new avvy is less depressing although the scene is where Jackson and Parker get blown to pieces hence the reason for "Parker, get down!"
