Yeahhhhh. I cant even tell you how ****ty the roads are in St. louis. You'd be lucky to find a nice hill without chip-seal. And the good runs are all in either expensive cities that think EVERY skater is here to **** something up. So you end up getting kicked out. Yesterday morning me an a buddy went to what i think is the best spot 30miles each way surrounding St. louis. Road for about 10mins an they told us to leave the park.

It just doesnt make sense. Were on a ****ing road that cars are on. What seems to be the problem. If i get hurt. It's my problem.

Consider me in cali/portland this oct. Because I'm so fed up with the midwest. Don't come here people! It really is the worst.

ON A GOOD NOTE! i got my stimulus's an super reds in the mail this week =] good god do i love stimulus's. There so easy to slide, yet grip when you need it. I got the 86a. I'm already finding my sweet spot on standies. The future looks niiiiice.

Looks mad fun though, I love sketchy pavement sometimes when its almost like obstacles on the course. Also you wont feel like you're going to highside doing a toeside if you lean like a boss. If you lose balance and need to drop a puck then that's like your safety net.. people always get highsided when they don't lean up hill enough.

Oh, get low to your board too and remember to push out the front truck after the back wheels start slipping. Keep your head looking downhill and body cocked to throw the 80 foot toe check straight again, simple as that

Haha the pavement on that road is so bad you basically dont slide. The cracks catch wheel lips and you get bucked. If you cant footbrake you are in for one heck of a ride.

Droptop 40" with slight kicktails on each end...It will probably end up looking somewhat like the complete pictures on the page. I'm liking the small amount of drop they throw in, seems like enough to notice it and lock my feet in more. I didn't want something extreme...cause a buddy of mine has the earthwing road killer and i honestly hate that thing really.. Took me a while to decide what board to go with.

I'm excited to see how a top mount rides compared to my dervish. I enjoy the **** outta this thing..but i definitely want some variety.

The board in that link has a 1" drop in the platform, which is exactly as big as the drop the road killer has.

i love micro drops for freeride. you can get a lowered pushing platform and you feel really locked in on slid

does anyone hear about safety issues with newer revenges? the original ones made with recycled aluminum broke one day while i was skating and i dont want to experience that again, especially if im in a garage or something.

I haven't heard anything on them, but what exactly were you doing when you broke your board? How old was it?

really? it looks more mellow compared to the road killer? hmm. the road killer had 0 flex to it also. and a weird concave. i definitely dont mind the drop on it though. just the flex and concave..

well the original ones were notorious for breaking after a while, and supposedly newer ones were made out of different aluminum and therefore more durable.

i was just skating along a sidewalk when the kingpin on the front truck just snapped, causing me to faceplant hard lol. it was only a little over a year old at that point, at least the trucks were. now they are going on two years old, still seem sturdy though.
