Is that true? I emailed Dye recently since I started playing again. I sent them my serial number and asked if I could have any updated parts, and they said "nope, not unless the gun isn't shooting correctly, then you need to send it in for service." Is there any way I can get these replacement parts for my NT10? It seems to shoot perfectly, but I'd feel better if I had the updated parts, especially if they're free. I have a parts kit, too, but not sure if the eye pipes are valid either.
