Biggest surprise team from GPL 2011?

who do you guys think was the biggest surprise team from GPL in 2011? It can be from any event 1-5. teams from 3man and 5man

Playground kids...Event 3. Went in as underdogs but came out to win 3rd

honestly resurection was a decent surprise because no one knew a lot about them and they came out and placed top 5 in almost every event, which is honestly a really impressive.

lets be honest here...most of the guys on clutch were the same guys from the team who won gpl 5 last year (sorry cant remember the team name), and that was kind of a preview not to say that clutch didnt do well

Haha well playground kids have been good and so has clutch. I meant any teams that literally came out of nowhere

really Freedom came out of now where, a put together of old and young no one expected us to do anything, not taking anything from clutch or playground but we were competitive all year and we did win an event and a second place just saying

Ec rampage did a number of extraordinary things in 2011 one of which was string together a top 4 x ball team in the entire Uspa series finishing 6-1 in New York losing by a couple points to oxcc's previous home team (semi pro lift) also, placing 3rd in event 4 going against such teams Ether, playground , fack and other well known notorious tournament winners.

We were able to string this "so called underdog team" together in 2010 were many people doubted the possibility to be anything successful . Now we are considered a force to be reckoned with in 2012 !!

Damn, not even a mention about Illuminati, placed 2nd overall for the season, and took a podium finish almost every event.

What about the 3 guys from Kamikaze that after a 8 year break came outta no where in event 1 3-man and got 3rd?

But my vote goes to Freedom. They practice like every weekend with their team of 50 people

Freedom had a solid squad last year. Was one of those teams you would play and be uncertain if you would win the match. I would say prolly our main competition last season
