Hello, everyone! My name is Joel Baker and I am currently a sophomore at John Carroll University. I am making this thread because I would like to establish a paintball club/team to compete in the NCPA. If there are any current JCU students that see this thread, PLEASE POST!

In order for the club to officially get off the ground, I first need to get at least 10 people interested to apply for a student organization.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated by other paintball clubs!

My biggest suggestion is, before anything else, get some guys together and start playing. Unless you have 5-10 guys willing and able to show up and play, the organizational stuff will be a waste of time.

We just got our Kent club together to play for the first time in October, and we've played in two NCPA's since. I got people together by spamming the University's facebook page and PbNation, but I've heard of people posting fliers and bulletins. I'd also suggest starting a JCU Paintball group page on Facebook where people can start discussing practices, meetings, etc.
