I thought you guys were going to be gone this weekend so we came up to brundage to do a little snowboarding. Guess I will catch you all first weekend in February. Have you decided on a set practice day and time every week yet?

when faction starts up again they will prolly have sundays and jeremy wants to have 2 speedball days so how about we just plan on saturdays starting the first weekend in feb, but we can discuss it at the next team meeting.

By the way guys....there will be a team meeting at sherri's on franklin at 8 pm on saturday the 28th. it would be great to have everyone there. those of us going to salt lake will be leaving after the meeting. the more the merrier so try to come if you can.

I've spoke some with Matt about this, but I just wanted to throw it out on your thread. Anyone want to suggest a date for a winter meeting? I would like to have as many groups represented as possible. I think a Sunday meeting will most likely allow us to pull in the best crowd.

- Faction
- BSU Paintball Club (these guys are trying to make a strong go of things this year)
- Bad Medicine
- East Idaho Guys (via conference call if possible)
- As many other teams and non-affiliated players as possible (I'll throw the word out to our loyal pump audience too)
- And you guys (of course)

Once a date/time is set, I'll put a public invite out there. Maybe we can throw up a podcast afterwards on here and Facebook so that anyone not there can catch up and comment. We don't want to leave anyone behind. I sense that we'll have a busy spring and I want to make sure that we capture many ideas and get a sense for what everyone wants to do this year.

Suggested topics of discussion:
- spring practice format (days, times, type of practice etc )
- team hosted events
- npl (broad discussion about Idaho's future role; I'll ask attendees to do some research prior to the meeting)
- season passes
- promote paintball in public places (maybe even the Fairgrounds)
- possible field changes/mods
- team marker / clothes special buy-ins

great practice today guys. nothing like getting out there with d2 and semi pro teams to help get ready for a rookie event....lol. next practice is saturday the 4th and we will do drills to work on what we learned about ourselves this weekend.

thanks to denver fury and tsunami/ members from tombstone. we had a blast and will be coming down again soon.

Good job everyone that came to SLC. We did very well considering it was our first practice for the 5-man team. I can't wait to get things going this coming Saturday, everyone try and come out around 9. We will be setting up the airball field if weather permits. This practice will be about evaluating the players and an over view of what we will be working on for the weeks to come.

Well guys a laydown of this saturday:
Early team shows up and sets up the field UNTIL
Late teams shows up, at this point we will have a meeting and watch the dvd in the meeting room
Set up the rest of the field if not done
Be ready to go, paint, air gear on etc
Warm ups, then running time
Drills
Late team tears down and stores the bunkers, early team help a little please?
