well i got my new 6.5 yesterday from the factory and air'ed it up and found a big leak. It seems to be coming from the asa fitting in the macroline part. I un screwed the fitting to check the o-rings and make a tighter seal. The leak still keeps happening. I cut off the edge of the macroline and it still happens. Any suggestions?

Replace the orings in the fitting, they shred really easily. I ended up just putting regular fittings back on mine, since I was tired of replacing orings. There should a a bag with some small orings in it in the box. If not, call CCM.

I used TWO o rings in the new fittings. Works like a charm after that. Had to do it to both of my fittings.

I tried CCM macroline fittings on my pump and I could never get them to stop leaking so I took them back to the store.

taper the edge of your macroline, and put a drop of oil on the end of the macro before you push it in, thats what fixed mine when i bought it

tried both as in "one then the other"? or tried both as in "put them both in there and it still leaked"?

call CCM, and ask if rod has time to help you sort out a leaky fitting. rod has no problems helping people out.. they stand behind their product.. and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you paid for

well talked to Rod 2 days ago and told me he would pressure test a new fitting and express it to me. I live in south carolina and it got here today. Have yet to try it out.
