Glad to see those that wanted to keep playing move on to other opportunities, but equally sad to see anyone retire - most/all of the players are relatively young and very talented it will be a great loss to the New England paintball community to see any of the players retire.

Thank you everyone for the kind words.

I cannot comment on a Ducks reunion. I believe the focus of the remaining players is to continue to grow their ‘careers’ rather than fall back to local events. But I am speculating as much as anyone else would be.

For everyone commenting on my possibly continuing to create threads (on PbNation or some other venue); while I appreciate the sentiment, I think my voice has been too loud for too long and it is past time to let someone else have the stage. Let’s see what the landscape looks like in a few months, and then I'll decide if I should open my mouth again.

The majority of the players from last year will be back. The core of this team is still incredibly hungry, however the New England Hurricanes has always been Jeff Stein's team and it certainly would not be right to keep that name around without Jeff being apart of it. Don't worry you haven't seen the last of us. Keep your ear to the ground, the story is still growing in the soil.

This is awful news, the canes were by far my favorite pro paintball team growing up. Jeff you were one of the best coaches ive ever met. The few times i got to practice with the canes were some of my fondest memories of paintball. Im gonna miss everything about you guys and everything you did for paintball in new england. I just wish more of you guys could get on board with avalanche whem they eventually set up shop here. Thank you jeff and the rest of the canes too. Its not gonna be the same from here on out </3

I have a tool kit complete with more o-rings that would make you squirm. Enough to fix any marker on the market. Eclipse 7, 8 10 ect! Vanguard's. "EGO's ,GEO's"'all' halo hoppers, Rotor's ect! I even have hopper to give away! Tools to complete repairs. Pilot valves for the GEO. Boards for the Creeds. It all has to go.

It's free to whoever makes arrangements to pick the stuff up.
