THE NEW EMPIRE COMMANDER PROFILE
Steve "Pretty Lou" Ruiz
is paintball veteran of over 15 years He has competed all over the country and is no stranger to the Living Legends game. As captain of The Reservoir Dogs, Pretty Lou led his team to the 2007 TTPL championship and 2 top 3 finishes in the years since. He is a well respected player that has held command positions in games throughout the eastern portion of the United States, from Florida to Massachusetts, New Jersey to Illinois including the legendary Dark Ops Extreme events. Pretty Lou is a leader in every sense of the word and few in the sport today can call themselves his equal in the field, but many certainly can call him a friend. Whether he is helping a newer player with some Valken gear, or teching a regulator for Guerrilla Air tanks, Pretty Lou is always on point and ready to go when the horn sounds. Adding to the spectacle of Living Legends this year will be his own legendary Lemon Chicken. Often imitated, never duplicated, the dish has become almost a right of passing in the east coast paintball world
THE HORDE COMMANDER PROFILE
served his country as a United States Marine. He began playing paintball in 1998 when he was given two Brass Eagle Talons for his birthday. Since then, paintball has been his passion. He played in the early years competing in the Zap Amateur Series as well as playing in local tournament series as part of the team Wicked Grin. Later, the team was asked to join Joint Fury, a mega-team alliance from EMR. Many years and many more games later Wicked Grin merged with the Grassy Knoll Gunmen and it's been his home ever since. Also known as "Sniperwolf", he is a member of the Fraternity of Gunmen which is comprised of the Northern Gunmen from Canada and the Grassy Knoll Gunmen from Pennsylvania. These two teams were the sponsors of the World Team at Tippmann World Challenge at Hell Survivors in 2010. Sniperwolf has played at events by many producers over the years including his local sponsor; Dean Allen (aka Cuda), Wayne Dollack, Spiro "BlackCat" Mamaligas, Blue, and of course Viper. Most recently he served as the XO at "Living Legends IV: Escape From New York". His competitive spirit and ability to lead has proven valuable throughout the years, although he states "if it wasn't for so many great players to send to their repeated deaths I wouldn't have a job."
