So im fairly new to the CCM scene (recently converted). I just picked up my first S6. Ive fallen in love to say that least. Im just curious to what kind of adjustments i may have to make in the future on the Auto-trigger?

Does it need periodic timing?

Can it even come out of time or is it something that has no adjustment and as long as its there it just works?

It can come out of time if the hammer lug moves. You just adjust it back so that the hammer releases when the bolt is all the way forward or almost there.

So its simply like timing the gun normally? didnt think it was that easy. I thought there would be some type of secret JuJu behind it lol

ccms hammers/lugs are pretty solid mine has never moved out of place. once set up it shouldnt move, youll only have to retime after full cleanings.

it should fire when the back block is about an 1/8 of an ininch from the body. Pumpenstien has a good writeup and video on this too
