So the guy i got my NT from sent it with stripped screws, im going to ask for some of my money back to solve the problem but what is the best way to get the screws out?

There are easy-out kits that you use.

can you please explain to me how i would use these?

its a reverse action driver and it simply just goes where the allen key or etc, and screw it out, really simple sux that you have to do it but simple fix 99% of the time

which screw is the problem? and are you using allens with the ball head or a straight one

straight and both the frame screws
