i have had poor nt efficiency lately about 550 shots out of a 45/45, i have red bolt tip insert and no spacer, i know a spacer and bolt tip insert increase efficiency but 550 shots? the chrono had me at 280-290fps, i checked the manual and replaced the orings it talked about, and had no leaks O.o im pretty new to nt's and would appreciate some help

what is your dwell at? whats your hpr set at... what kind of paint to bore match do you have?

I had that problem and replaced the brown o-ring and it went away.

Yeah that sounds REAL low. Does your bolt move smoothly? You have all stock parts in the gun?

I don't know about hpr and lpr ( first dye gun) I was over boring midgrade paint, I replaced practically every oring including the brown one, and my bolt moves like butter it has very very little resistance from that orange oring, and my dwell was stock at 9, if I go higher for some reason I break paint

There should be no brown oring in the nt11.

The bolt bumper was brown on the nt10 and nt11 but DYE has changed it to orange now. Call em up and get it.

Brown is still ok on the nt10 but it causes weird bolt issues on the nt11. You can also sand it down yourself to test it if you cant wait for the orange one.

Here is my old brown one shaved down at an angle. You want the oring slightly lower than the metal lip between the red and brown oring.

I'll give it a try I'm sending it to trademygun where I have my warranty, I'll have the tech look at it had a weird eye problem just been one of those FML weeks
