Most of what comes up in the news or any bad rap that the paintball world receives is from people who don't even play the sport. Most of the time its s*it head kids that don't get hugged enough, and so they decide to go out and shoot random people with their paintball gun. Or they think hey marbles would be good to shoot at someones window.
It comes down to how cheap it is and how easy it is to get your hands on the equipment. Warning labels can't stop stupid.
