Eblade problem
I have an eblade setup on a 2k2 vert feed cocker. Every time I air it up, there is a leak out of the front block and the hose connecting the solenoid to the back of the ram is blown. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I am using a WGP ram with a palmers micro rock regulator.

Sounds like the LPR is too high. Turn the LPR so low you turn it off then gas it up. Then slowly turn up the LPR until you don't get any shoot down.

As soon as I turn the LPR up at all, it leaks. I set it to zero, but as soon as any air enters the solenoid, it leaks.

You say the hose is ''blown'' by that do you mean it blows off? Some folks take the hoses off an on and stretch the hoes so they dont stay on. Back in the day they came with what is called top hats,they are small metal fittings that kept the hoses from blowning off. Just replace them!

Or the easier and more available fix is to get new hose.
It's 1/8th OD x 1/16th ID and you should get the stuff rated for (IIRC) 165PSI.
You can get it at lowes, true value, home depot, or any other hardware place.

The hose is plenty long and has a "top hat" on it. It still blows off. After several hours of working on it, I come to find out that it is a blown solenoid.

Also, the 'noid may be bad, but I can't see how a bad solenoid would cause the hose to pop off. Not like it increases the pressure or anything. Try trimming a little off the end of the hose and see if that helps. Top hats are usually meant for smaller barbs (the ones I've seen, anyway), so they might not do you that much good on the M3 barbs that ebades use.

The hose problem was caused by the LPR. I got that fixed. With the LPR working correctly, the solenoid leaks.

Fun stuff. Fix one thing, ten more show up. Same goes with cars, computers, you name it.
Not sure if you checked the gasket and the surfaces it touches, but those would be worth looking at as well. Then again, from that source I sent you, you can afford an extra 'noid  |

your front and back hoses to the ram are probably backwards.I had the same prob as well and asked soemone and I had connected the front and back hoses backwards. try that,if not sell it to me for cheap since it dont work.
