Its my understanding that the general shape of the mask is the same through the generations, so yeah

I only own a gen 3, so I really can't say for sure

Yes, the foam will fit in all Sly Profit's mask,
the Gen3 ear foam is thinner and has a hole in it

thanks for the great info guys, because i was going to buy some 1st gen mask with the big foam and i was thinking of replacing it with the thinner one
