Nope you want the metal poppet, that's the LP one. Just pop your bolt out an look down inside at your valve. If you see metal sticking out of the valve, you're all set. If you see the white Delron, then you have the older poppet.
Some of the older V2's didin't have the LP but most of the newer ones made in the last couple of years already have it. So take a gander.
If you don't have it, then it's probably the most usefull upgrade you can get. It totally changes the feel of the gun.
With the pooty bolt, expect to have to play around with the orings on the bolt for the best results. Some people get lucky right away but others need orings that are softer and larger/smaller to fit the bore of their particular gun. Once you get the right fit, you'll make decent gains. The best feature of the pooty bolt is that when you oil the orings, it doesn't transfer to the breech of your gun due to the way the bolt is milled. Pretty nice result even though it wasn't designed that way hehe.
