The fact that you're blaming the customer service on the "lack of R&D" is quite amusing too, because neither go together by any means. So yes, maybe they didn't test it entirely, but that's a problem that they'll have to deal with.
Regardless, Valken is doing what they can to address the problems, that is why this thread has been created. So take some time to work with the company to get your loader fixed instead of throwing out a rant like this. Boom.
