i received the part in the mail yesterday, it is much more robust than the old part, and it does what its supposed to quite well...still 1-2 balls kinda roll around at the end, but much better than it was. great customer service winter!

edit: oh and on the battery draining issue...is there a fix to that? because when i got my part yesterday i went to install it and drop test, and it had killed my batteries.

Mine actually no longer drains batteries. So whatever all you did to mine actually for mine at least fixed the draining batteries. I ended up leaving them in the hopper for 3 days and they still were feeding strong on the 3rd day.

E-mailed you my personal info winter. I'm having speed and consistency issues with mine. This is the second V-max I've had. The first loader wouldn't spin the prop even though you could hear the motor spinning. This one just doesn't go fast and won't feed more than five or six balls unless I shake the loader. I'm really starting to regret spending my money on this.

Yeah, I do believe I know what that is. And unfortunatly your going to have to send that in. Its eiter gear, or start sensor. With my first thoughts on the star.

Bet you'' get me banned for that statement but respond to this one...Can I get ALL my money back..won't hear on that tidbit HUH. **** YOU VALKEN
You sir need to relax, they're doing the best they can to address the problems, as Valken had stated before.

And FYI, they have great customer service, so put your big boy pants on and grow up a bit. They're fixing the product for free; I got sent a part the other day for free. How many companies send you free parts because of something wrong in the product compared to making you buy them?

The fact that you're blaming the customer service on the "lack of R&D" is quite amusing too, because neither go together by any means. So yes, maybe they didn't test it entirely, but that's a problem that they'll have to deal with.

Regardless, Valken is doing what they can to address the problems, that is why this thread has been created. So take some time to work with the company to get your loader fixed instead of throwing out a rant like this. Boom.

The same thing can be said with Dye when the Rotors came out. In fact, there were many that DID NOT acheive the feedrate Dye said it would. You know what Dye told those people? We won't fix it, because it still works, so the motor is not defective.

So all those people who paid $120+ for the Rotor, and got one that wouldn't feed as advertised, were bascially told to go **** themselves. By one of the BIGGEST NAMES in the industry.

Valken is stepping up to fix the problem. If you don't like it, fine. Go whine somewhere else. Crying like a little baby isn't going to get you anywhere.

It's funny how TriggerFingerII's comments aren't on here anymore...

Regardless, keep up the good work ValkenWinter, I'll continue to buy Valken products and enjoy the great customer service!
