you show me a single legitimate competitive olympic coach (ie broz, rippetoe, moser, pendlay, etc) who programs kipping pullups and I'll concede you have any semblance of a leg to stand on here.
I'm sure using strong hip drive while ****ing fat chicks would be as useful, but I don't see that in my WOD.
