Habitat for Humanity if they have that near you. You just go build houses for poor people, if you get a few friends to do it it's pretty fun.

I'm learning ASL because it lines up with my interests/possible career choices, I already use it a bit, and it's supposedly easier than other languages here.

Not to mention I already went through 2.5 years of Spanish in high school and I don't want to do it again.

I once met a truck driver who knew/was learning five languages. He would read verb books for hours while he was on the road. It was pretty cool to talk to him. He had a Russian book with him at the time.

Mezlan is a nice brand that makes shoes in that style. They're more comfortable than most like that as well.

Nice use of the Trent Dilfer argument, but it doesn't work for you.

I'm not bad, just before MW2 I hadn't played a FPS since Goldeneye so my numbers aren't too good in it. My BO stats were really good but it was a lot easier than MW2 plus I gave the game away so I can't check for you. BF win % is 1.3 or so also.

Quality of the game aside, BF in general requires more teamwork. Yeah you can rack up points by yourself (ex. reviving everyone you see, sniping, following a tank or something around and repairing, blowing up tanks with C4, etc) but an individual is much more effective when working with a group of people cohesively. In BF when you're in tight situations you can tell teammates not to run forward yet so you can spawn on them and be a better force; coordinate vehicle pickups; ask someone for ammo or health; and more. In COD it's basically just map tactics which you use in BF anyways in addition to the other stuff.

Saying this, I'm assuming we're talking about objective game types. If it's team death match the margin narrows.

Language discussion: I won't be taking any more unless I get into grad school. If I do, it will be either German or Italian. I've already taken 6 years of Latin. I will also definitely be learning Old English if I get in.
