Me Talking To Myself

This is my log/me talking to myself in my own short hand - please don't post in here

I will continue to help this forum/contribute as always have I just ask for this little slice of heaven to be left unscathed

If you have any questions or comments on what I am saying - though not sure why you would as this just pertains to ME keeping track of weights and some various thoughts

Chest/Tri/Delts

Incline: Use 195
Flyes: Use 70
Chest Press: Use 70-80
Exten: Use 70-80 ez bar
Dip MACHINE: Use + 165
Lat raise: 30's-35's

Previous notes:
Lying ham: Use 120

-Work on front squat form
-3 plates+ for hack squats
-3 plates for dat style leg press (horizontal)
-30's seated db curls

Incline: 185-195 - perhaps look into db's or bb
HS press: 45+25
DB flyes: 40's-45's
Cables: 60-65's
Calves on LP: 3+3+1 plates
Seated calves: 50lb+

Perhaps consider switching things up with DB for my stretch and contraction

As some people found yesterday I was not frauding in the OP ...

HS high rows: + 2 plates & dime or a quarter (each side)
Reverse pec: 70-80
Reverse db: 15's or 20's

Future note:
45s-50s for one arm pin wheels

HS shoulder press: + 2 plates & a dime each side
BB front raises: 60-70lbs
DB laterals: 35's- maybe 40's
Cable laterals: 30lbs - check form from Jay Cutler vids
Rear delt flyes: 25s
