here is the problem and i hope someone can help me fix it

Its leaking out to front of the bolt, holds pressure when i cover it with my finger

Cycles fully and shoots fine

replaced blue oring in the front and the spool orings are fine and newly lubed and it still leaks

Any ideas?

From your explanation it seems like that it could be the 012 & 014 O-rings on the Plunger.

Those o-rings are the only ones that could be the causing the leak coming from the actual bolt.

Change the first 010 Oring on the Spool and the 016 on the Bolt...

If the spool oring didn't work change the blue 014 (blue) oring on the plunger
