Today was my "accessory" day.

Biceps/Triceps/Light shoulders/Abs/Light Calves.

Probably should have taken a rest day and worked out tomorrow cause once I started working out, I felt pretty sore from working out the previous couple days in a row. Oh well.

Great workout, but was in there too long. Took roommates with me, trying to teach them to lift with focus and intensity....

Waste of my time. I'd be doing X-body curls with 20's and was getting worn out. They just didn't take it seriously and were throwing around the weight, "I dunno man, just not feeling it."

And now my other roommate is ruining my PWO calming techno ritual with his hipster **** blasting.


...I wanna lift with Pelt or SW or WS man. Lifting alone is cool...but I can see how having an equally serious/intense w.o. Partner would be great.

yeah. They got so unfocused, started watching the TVs and ****. I'm sitting there ****ing zoned out on everything but my biceps and they're just goofing off.

usually takes me 1:30 between sets. Took me up to 3 ****ing minutes sometimes. Was like, "Guys, lift or gtfo the equipment."

My gym has something similar to this. Im ready to rage when I want to do flies and some ****** is using the crossover cable to do arm work. Hogging a fly cable when there are TWO open cables of the same type on the outside of it.

1) Why are you starting off with preachers, and at such a high weight with a weird rep scheme?
2) Why not just reset your DL from 185 ish? Better to get your entire movement of form down rather than simply the lockout.
3) Not quite sure what the point of that workout was. I mean...what's the focus? Primary muscle group?

Not coming at you but bro - that's a routine I would come up with or something (ie herp derp).

1. Lurker mentioned starting with preacher curls... The reps are RP, and going for that Mike Mentzer time with the weight. Just focusing on moving weight for this exercise. Do cable curls for da pump

2. Less taxing on the cns.

3. It's supposed to be
Bi
Forearms
Calves
Ham
Quads

Which I follow on B1 and B2, but B3 is just a cluster **** with rack pulls.

I'm aware it's retarded, but since I don't compete I prefer to enjoy my workouts
